RENE VARULSworn Advocatewas born in Tartu on 1 October 1978. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Tartu University in 2002. His earlier experience includes employment as a lawyer in the Department of Public Services and Amenities of the City of Tartu. Founding member of the Estonian UN Association.
