In his work, Igor focuses on criminal law, misdemeanour and criminal proceedings. His clients are both private persons and businesses from micro-enterprises to international corporations. Igor often provides advice for Russian-speaking clients, who seek professional assistance in achieving positive results in the area of criminal law.
Igor has studied technical cybernetics in Saint Petersburg (at that time Leningrad) and he also worked in this specialist area until 1984. In addition, he has worked in different institutions under the Republic of Estonia Ministry of Inferior. Igor acquired formal legal qualifications at the Faculty of Law of St. Petersburg University of the Russian Federation Ministry of Internal Affairs.
In his spare time, Igor enjoys hiking in the company of his large family.
