Karina Lõhmus-Ein
Sworn Advocate

Karina is a sworn advocate with wide-ranging experience, whose diverse knowledge and commitment have been of great help for her clients in legal disputes.

Karina has assisted businesses, public bodies and private persons in resolving various issues. For instance, she helps medium-sized enterprises who need specific advice in the field of commercial law. She also offers advice for private persons on the matters related to family law, disputes over succession and other issues concerning family relations and assets.

Among other areas, Karina’s extensive knowledge in family law deserves particular emphasis, as her experience in matters concerning divorce is substantial. She has dealt in depth with cases related to families and children, and talked about the rights of children and parents at a number of events.

Karina has supervised seminars on family law at the University of Tartu and on several occasion, she has given specialist speeches to the public. In 2019, the Estonian Bar Association recognised her as the Advocate of the Year. Karina joined the Law Office Lillo & Lõhmus in 1999.

She is our centre-line and conscience, and her energy and optimism support every member of our team. In her spare time, Karina enjoys cooking, and her family and friends can never get enough of her goat cheese bruschettas.
